Returns at a Glance:
Customers may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are typically processed within 7 days of approval. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Need to Send Something Back?
If an item isn't quite what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our team at support@olivesto.com and we'll guide you through the process. Returned items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including any original tags and packaging.
Before Returning an Item

Sending the Item Back
After your return request has been approved, we'll provide the information needed to proceed. You may then arrange the shipment and send the item to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What Happens Next?
When the returned item arrives, it will be checked against the return criteria. If everything is in order, the refund process will begin. Funds are returned through the original payment method and are usually completed within 7 days after approval.
