Shipping Overview
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-4) on business days are generally forwarded for processing the same day. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will enter processing on the next business day.

Orders are typically prepared, verified, and packed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing times may occasionally vary during busy periods.

After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Actual transit times may differ depending on destination and carrier operations. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

From Order to Delivery
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that it has been successfully received by Olivesto. Our team will then begin preparing the items for shipment. After your package leaves the warehouse, a second email containing tracking information will be sent so you can follow its progress.

Most deliveries arrive within 5-9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary based on factors such as destination, weather conditions, transportation networks, and carrier schedules.

Shipping Carriers
To deliver orders across the United States, Olivesto works with established shipping providers, including GOâ‚‚ Delivery, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your shipment may vary depending on the delivery address, package characteristics, and available services. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

If Your Package Is Taking Longer Than Expected
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend reviewing the latest tracking updates and allowing an additional 2 business days for delivery. If you still need assistance, please contact us at support@olivesto.com and include your order number so we can look into the shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at support@olivesto.com as soon as possible after placing it. Requests received before packing begins can often be accommodated. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Issues Upon Arrival
If an item arrives damaged or if you receive a product different from the one ordered, please send photos of the item and its packaging to support@olivesto.com. Our team will review the information provided and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
