Twelve soft blocks of clay turn into animals, then dry hard in the open air.
This craft kit includes twelve blocks of air-dry clay in a mix of colours, ready to be shaped, blended and moulded into animal figures. Each piece stays soft and workable until it's left out to dry, so there's no oven, no kiln and no extra equipment needed. Once a shape is finished, it hardens on its own over a day or two and can be kept, displayed or given away.
Why is this Air Dry Clay Animal Craft Kit, 12 Pieces perfect for you?
- 12 clay colours included: Blocks can be blended together before they dry, so new colours and patterns can be mixed by hand each time.
- No baking or special tools required: The clay hardens simply by sitting out at room temperature, so the only equipment needed is a table and a pair of hands.
- Reworkable while soft: A shape that doesn't come out right can be squashed and remade before it dries, so there's no pressure to get it perfect first time.
- Keeps hands busy without a screen: Rolling, pinching and shaping the clay gives a hands-on activity for an afternoon, a rainy day, or a playdate.
