Turn desk time into active training for legs and core!
This balance board set challenges the restlessness and stiffness that build up from sitting through a long workday at a desk. The set includes an adjustable balance board with a ten position stopper system, a roller, and a balance ball, with the board built from birch plywood and finished with a PEVA anti-slip surface for grip barefoot or in shoes. You can raise the challenge as your balance improves, keeping workouts at home, the gym, or a standing desk fresh and engaging.
Why is this Surf Style Balance Board perfect for you?
- Nine adjustable levels: Ten stopper positions create nine difficulty settings, so you can raise the challenge as your balance improves.
- Roller and ball included: A roller and a balance ball give you extra ways to train beyond the board alone.
- PEVA anti-slip surface: The textured surface grips reliably whether you train barefoot or in shoes, keeping your footing secure.
- Birch plywood board: Built from birch plywood and rated to support up to 204 kg, the board handles sustained daily use.
